In line with our policy of simple, straightforward dealings you can change or cancel your order at any time prior to shipping at no charge provided the item you purchased is an item we normally stock in our shopfront in Sydney.

Items we need to order in to specifically fill your order cannot be cancelled or changed unless we can organise a similar change with our supplier.

As with the return of unwanted goods we will try and accommodate all changes but there will be times when our suppliers refuse to allow changes after the product has been ordered which means we pass the same condition on to you.
