Postage
and Delivery Charges
Our postage and delivery charges are pretty simple. Whatever the applicable rate is from
Australia Post (www.auspost.com.au)
that will be the rate you get charged. Order over $100 and it will be
posted free within in Australia. (Except Sale Items or Large Bulky
Items) If you want items couriered then whatever their applicable rate
is will be the charge we add.
Pretty simple.
As a guide if you allow $5.10 postage for a paperback novel sized book or $9 for larger books
you will be about right as these are the 2 most commonly sized postage bags we use. If
you’re uncertain as to the postage costs and want a more exact figure let us know at sales@napoleons.biz and
we’ll confirm via email before we send anything. Registered mail is only slightly
more expensive and is our preferred option.
There are NO additional handling fees associated with purchases from Napoleons of Sydney.
I’ve always hated the concept, I fail to see why anyone should have to pay
“handling” charges for items which, if purchased from the store front, have to
be handled anyway.
That can make a significant difference to the overall cost of products purchased. Please
remember to compare our total shipped cost to that of the competition, there are some
supposedly cheaper suppliers out there but when you add the $7 per book handling charge a
different picture emerges.
